We want you to love your handmade vegan products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Due to the natural and personal care nature of our products, we ensure every return is handled with care and sustainability in mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package with Care

  Place the unused natural products back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
